Here again to inform you on what will be transpiring over the next year at Duplium. Duplium continues to be one of the industry leaders for DVD/CD replication and packaging. In 2008 Duplium will further its growth in fulfillment and supply chain management services. This includes products with and without optical discs. Below are some of the things that Duplium will be focusing on in 2008.

Customer Service & Quality: We will continue to strive to provide the highest level of service to our clients. In 2008 we will once again carry out our ISO 9000-2001 quality initiative. We will continue with our customer service phone surveys, and increase the amount of electronic outgoing customer satisfactions surveys. This company was built on quality standards and we work very hard to maintain and improve them.

Warehousing and Fulfillment Physical Expansion: We’re growing again! Duplium has expanded its physical size 4 times over the last 8 years in our Dallas Operation. This physical expansion revolves around our growth into the packaging, kitting, warehousing and fulfillment businesses. Duplium is and never has been just an optical media company. We boast fulfillment, supply chain management, and warehousing offerings that rival any in North America.

Mailing Services: Duplium has spent a lot of time working on solutions to get optical media to the end-user more cost effectively. In conjunction with the United States Post Office, Duplium has had some custom mailer designs signed approved that can deliver your disc safely to your clients at a reduced postage rate. This is a great tool to help get your company’s message, whether it be an hour long video or an electronic catalog, directly into your clients’ hands.

E-Commerce: To go along with our fantastic pick-pack-and-ship fulfillment offering, Duplium has beefed up our E-Commerce solutions. We can be your cyber store front and your backend warehouse solution.
